This is a great story Trish! I really hope that they find a cure for diabetes too - my Grandmother was diagnosed (literally) the day I was born (25 years ago this past Monday). She is also allergic to synthetic insulin and up until recently, until a new kind came on the market, had a very difficult time managing her diabetes. I could never imagine being a child with diabetes - together we can find a cure!
